Chateau Hibbele is a French Inspired, Chef driven kitchen that provides restaurant quality dishes to Renaissance and Medieval festival patrons across the country. Our goal is to provide an experience that is immersive, whimsical and a breath of fresh air for every festival goer that encounters our restaurant. We hope to expand the meaning of festival food, and bring our culinary creations to  fairs and festivals across the country.
