Our Food
Chateau Hibbele is a French Inspired, Chef driven kitchen that provides restaurant quality dishes to Renaissance and Medieval festival patrons across the country. Our goal is to provide an experience that is immersive, whimsical and a breath of fresh air for every festival goer that encounters our restaurant. We hope to expand the meaning of festival food, and bring our culinary creations to every major faire and festival across the country.
We have a few menu staples including.... Brisket Mac & Cheese, Charcuterie on a Stick, Brisket Tacos (we know they're not french, but they're delicious), and Stewed Mushrooms.
Dragon Fired Creme Brûlée
This delectibally sweet treat is straight from the dragon's treasure trove! Prepared and freshly torched by our own small team of dragons right in front of your eyes! Our fantastical twist on the french classic has become a crowd favorite accross the country.
Magical Lavender Lemonade
Our house made lavender lemonade sparkles, and changes color right before your eyes! This magical elixir is a great drink for anyone that comes by for an edible experience!
